3. Marketplace Functionality

3.1. Third-Party Integrations: The Filum Marketplace provides you with the ability to discover and install third-party integrations that can extend the functionality of the main Filum Customer Experience platform. These integrations are created and maintained by third-party developers, and Filum does not warrant or endorse their functionality or security.

3.2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the selection, installation, and use of third-party integrations. You agree to review and comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party integrations you install, and Filum is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of these integrations.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Filum Content: The Filum Marketplace, including all content, graphics, logos, and software, is owned or licensed by Filum and is protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content from the Marketplace without our prior written consent.

4.2. Third-Party Integrations: Third-party integrations available on the Marketplace may be subject to their own intellectual property rights and licensing terms. You agree to comply with any such terms when using these integrations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FILUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE FILUM MARKETPLACE.
