Kỹ năng viết câu lệnh (Prompt Engineering) từng được xem là chìa khóa vạn năng để làm chủ trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI). Tuy nhiên, thực tế vận hành tại các doanh nghiệp cho thấy kỹ năng này đang mất dần vị thế trước sự trỗi dậy của thiết kế môi trường thông tin (Context Engineering).Ông Oscar Lopez Alegre, Chủ tịch Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp Tây Ban Nha và CEO Nextway Technology, khẳng định: “Tuy mới vài năm trước prompt engineering còn rất 'hot' nhưng nay đang trở nên lỗi thời”. Việc con người cố gắng học cách đặt câu lệnh thông minh không còn là yếu tố tiên quyết khi các hệ thống AI đang chuyển dịch sang mô hình tự vận hành.<h2>Từ thực thi sang điều phối</h2>Trong môi trường quản trị mới, giá trị của nhân viên con người dịch chuyển từ thực thi sang điều phối. Người dẫn dắt tập trung vào lý do tại sao một thứ cần được xây dựng và xây dựng cho ai, thay vì sa đà vào các kỹ thuật câu lệnh đơn thuần.
