About the role
You'll partner with senior leaders at prospective clients to understand their goals, design the right Filum solution, and guide them confidently from evaluation to commitment. This is a consultative, outcome-focused sales role — less "pushing product," more solving a real business problem with the customer.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery and solution-design conversations with mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Translate customer pain points into a clear, compelling Filum solution and business case.
- Deliver tailored demos and proposals; navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Own the deal from qualification through negotiation and close, then hand over to onboarding.
- Maintain a healthy, accurately forecast pipeline.
- Feed market and customer insight back to Product and Marketing.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in consultative B2B / SaaS sales, ideally selling to senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen — you can hold a strategy conversation, not just a feature pitch.
- Excellent communication and storytelling in Vietnamese; confident working English.
- Comfort with technical / AI products and the patience to make them simple.
- Ownership mindset and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in CX, martech, or enterprise software.
- A track record of hitting or beating quota on complex deals.
