Filum.ai is building the AI-Native Operating System for the Hybrid Enterprise — where people set the direction and an AI Workforce does the work. We're looking for an IMC Specialist to tell that story and turn it into demand.
About the role
You'll drive and execute the end-to-end B2B / SaaS integrated marketing strategy (Website, Social, PR) to generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs — while building Filum's AI & CX thought leadership through deep content and data-driven performance optimization.
What you'll do
- Plan and run integrated campaigns across Website, Social, Email, and PR.
- Produce and orchestrate high-quality content — articles, case studies, social, landing pages — that builds AI & CX authority.
- Generate and nurture demand: own the MQL → SQL funnel together with Sales.
- Manage the content calendar, brand voice, and channel consistency.
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance (traffic, conversion, pipeline contribution).
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and external partners / agencies.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in B2B / SaaS marketing, content, or integrated communications.
- Strong writing and storytelling in Vietnamese; solid English content ability.
- Hands-on with at least some of: SEO, paid social, email, marketing analytics.
- Data-driven mindset — you optimize to pipeline, not vanity metrics.
- Curiosity about AI, CX, and B2B technology.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a technical or AI product.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS, and analytics tools.
