This internship isn't shadowing and coffee runs - you'll carry real weight for a CS team moving fast, in the messy middle where playbooks don't exist yet. How It Works

  • Start with training - a few structured sessions to get you up to speed on Filum, the product, and how we run CS.
  • Then real exposure - you'll work on actual customer cases, shadowing a senior CSM. You won't own accounts solo yet, but you'll be in the room where the work happens, not on the sidelines.
  • Grow into ownership - as you prove yourself, you take on more.

What You'll Do

Support a portfolio of B2B accounts across Retail, F&B, Real Estate, and Financial Services alongside your CSM.

  • Keep accounts moving - track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing slips.
  • Turn meetings into action - clean up call notes into decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Watch the signals - help monitor account health and flag risks early.
  • Prep the work - pull data, build account snapshots, and ready materials for reviews.
  • Make it better - this is a heavy, fast-changing workload. We expect you to think for yourself: find smarter ways to handle it, not just grind through it.
  • Learn the AI-native way - use AI skills, plug-ins, and MCPs to do more than one intern normally could.

Who You Are

Must-haves:

  • At least one prior internship - client-facing, ops, or something where you owned outcomes.
  • Clear communication in Vietnamese and English, written and verbal.
  • Organized and proactive - you chase loose ends without being told.
  • Curious and quick to learn a technical AI product.
  • Bias to action - you move, then ask, rather than wait.
  • Judgment - when the workload piles up, you find a better way instead of waiting for instructions.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Hands-on with AI-native tools (Skills, Cowork, custom GPTs, MCPs) and eager to push further.
  • Interest in SaaS, AI, or B2B software as a career direction.

This Internship Is NOT for You If

  • You want a line on your CV more than the work itself.
  • You want a light, predictable workload - this is heavy, and it changes fast.
  • You wait to be told what to do next instead of improving how the work gets done.
  • You go quiet when things get uncomfortable.
