Why this role exists

As we scale, the way the company runs has to scale with it — and most of that scaling shouldn't come from hiring more people, but from better systems. This role sits at the center of how Filum operates: you turn messy, manual workflows into clean, automated processes; you make the numbers that leaders trust; and you keep cross-functional projects moving between Sales, CS, Product, and Finance. In an AI-native company, ops isn't paperwork — it's leverage.

What you'll own

• Process & systems — map how work actually flows, redesign it, and automate it across our internal tools (ERP, Lark, and the AI Workforce). Kill repetitive manual work for good.
• Data & analytics — build the dashboards and reports leaders run the business on. Turn raw data from across teams into a single, trustworthy source of truth and surface what needs attention.
• Cross-functional project management — drive initiatives that span multiple teams, keep OKRs and key projects on track, and make sure decisions turn into shipped outcomes.

How we measure success

• Process efficiency — manual hours removed, cycle times shortened, and workflows automated end-to-end.
• Decision readiness — leaders get accurate, on-time data without chasing it.
• Project delivery — cross-functional initiatives land on scope and on time.

You'll thrive here if you have

• 2–4 years in business operations, strategy & ops, business analysis, project management, or a similar systems-heavy role.
• Strong analytical chops — fluent in spreadsheets, comfortable with data, and able to turn numbers into a clear recommendation.
• A genuine systems mindset: you reach for tools, templates, and automation before you reach for more hours.
• Sharp communication — you can align people across teams and say more with fewer words.
• High adaptability and a real pull toward AI — you experiment with new tools weekly, not yearly.

Bonus: Experience with BI/automation tooling (SQL, Looker/Metabase, no-code automation), or having built an internal process from scratch.
