About the role

This is a core role in the Sales team: engaging potential clients, consulting on solutions, and driving opportunities to a closed deal. Business Development is the backbone of the journey from prospecting to revenue — you own the customer process from lead discovery to handover to the implementation team.

By deeply understanding client needs and partnering with Marketing, Customer Success, and Tech, you'll fuel sustainable growth and market expansion — particularly in ICT retail, fashion, healthcare, education, and e-commerce.

What you'll do

  • Research, prospect, and qualify B2B accounts across our target industries.
  • Run discovery conversations to uncover real CX and operations pain points.
  • Consult and demo Filum solutions, mapping product capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Own the full sales cycle: from first touch to negotiation, close, and a clean handover.
  • Keep an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast in the CRM.
  • Work closely with Marketing (on leads), Customer Success (on expansion), and Tech (on scoping).
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS / technology is a strong plus).
  • Consultative selling instincts and excellent communication in Vietnamese; working English.
  • Ability to grasp a technical product and translate it into clear business value.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and customer experience.

Nice to have

  • A network of decision-makers in ICT retail, fashion, healthcare, education, or e-commerce.
  • Experience with CRM and modern sales tooling.
