Who we are
Filum is Latin for thread. We are building the AI-Native Customer Platform (Sales · Support · CX) for businesses across Asia. On our platform, people and an AI Workforce work side by side at every customer touchpoint. That lets companies understand their customers more deeply, serve them better, and grow without being capped by headcount.
We don't just sell AI. We run on it. Hiring, HR, finance, sales and product all run on our own AI-powered ERP. What you'll experience here is how a truly AI-native company operates, and there aren't many of those in Vietnam yet.
The honest part: this is not for everyone
- It's extremely demanding. The team is small, the pace is fast, and the bar is high. Work assigned in the morning needs a first version by the afternoon. Shipping the same day is normal. You'll get problems nobody has solved before, with no playbook.
- You'll work with very senior people. You work directly with leadership and people who have spent many years in technology, business and operations. Every review is a lesson. How they think and make decisions is something no classroom teaches.
- AI is the default way of working. Repetitive work goes to AI. People focus on judgment, relationships and quality.
- Feedback is direct and fast. Get it wrong and you'll hear it right away. Get it right and you get harder problems, which is the best reward we have.
- Nothing is "not my job." Interns own real work and get real credit.

What you'll do
Administration
- Manage company assets, equipment and office supplies.
- Digitize and file records, contracts and official correspondence.
- Organize meetings, internal events and team activities.
HR
- Keep employee records up to date in our ERP.
- Track attendance and leave; flag probation and contract deadlines.
- Run onboarding for new hires end to end, and support offboarding.
- Help prepare payroll and social insurance data.
Recruiting
- Post openings on TopCV, LinkedIn, Facebook and university channels.
- Screen CVs, schedule interviews and keep candidates updated in our ATS.
- Help build Filum's employer brand.
Above all: every week, make one process faster with AI.
Your first 90 days
- Month 1: Learn our processes and run administration on your own.
- Month 2: Run hiring for 1–2 roles, from posting to interview scheduling.
- Month 3: Onboard a new hire end to end, and automate at least one process with Claude.
You'll fit if you
- Have hands-on experience using Claude Cowork or Claude Code for real work.
- Love hard problems and get excited when there's no obvious answer.
- Are self-driven: you try to figure things out before asking, and you speak up before a deadline slips, not after.
- Are careful and trustworthy with data, because these are people's records.
- Communicate clearly in Vietnamese; good English reading skills are a plus.
- Are a third- or final-year student or a recent graduate. Any major is welcome if you can show what you can do.
